I ordered a few bike bits from Bikebug the packaging was really good. The box felt sturdy, the items had plenty of padding and nothing was rattling around inside. I’ve had stuff arrive all bashed up before, so, but yeah, everything turned up clean and in good shape. That’s pretty much all I was hoping for. Happy with it.

I’ve ordered from Bikebug a couple of times it’s been a bit hit or miss. Some things are priced better than other shops, which is nice, but not everything is actually a good deal. Once you add shipping, the savings can pretty much disappear. I’d still check their site if I’m comparing prices, but I can’t say they’d be my first choice every time

My order wasn’t showing any updates for a few days, which was a bit frustrating and had me wondering what was going on.

I got in touch with Bikebug and it did take a little while to get a proper response, but once someone looked into it, they were helpful enough and got things moving.

The item arrived in the end and everything was fine with it. Communication could’ve been a bit quicker, but overall it worked out okay.

My order did arrive in the end, but it was later than I was expecting. The tracking wasn’t very clear either, not sure how to explain it, it just felt a bit vague and hard to follow. Bikebug did get it sent out eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, just not a great delivery experience.

I’ve found Bikebug kinda easy to shop on overall. The site loads quickly and I can usually find the parts I need without having to click around forever. The filters are handy too, especially for narrowing things down by size or brand. Checkout was straightforward with no odd steps or errors, which I appreciated. I ordered a couple of bike parts from bikebug, and the website was straightforward to use. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, so I was just hoping the whole thing would be quick and easy.

The shipping wasn’t awful, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days too, which made it a bit frustrating because I had no idea where the package actually was.

Everything arrived fine in the end, and nothing was damaged, so that was good. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a rush, but the delivery speed could definitely be better.
