"Great experience despite reviews"
Ordered twice through Bikebug and both times the items were delivered within a week. Some items in the second order were going to delay the whole package so I contacted them and they were able to split the delivery and send what was available immediately - which was fantastic because I needed it for an imminent trip!
I think they’re trying really hard to shift their business image given the negative reviews online and I commend them for it because their products and customer service were great! Hopefully they keep it up. Would shop again.
